Lets Practice our Skills!
PCSDA organizers scheduled practice slots for members during dog days at our local indoor arena, offering handlers time with livestock (typically sheep).
In winter 2024–2025, we hosted four stock dog days featuring fun trials and practices, fostering learning, competition, and community. This winter, we'll continue stock dog days with additional practice opportunities.

How experienced do you need to be to take part?
One of the purposes of PCSDA is to "provide opportunities for stock dogs and their handlers to gain and improve their knowledge and skills." The organization strives to offer support to handlers at all experience levels, including those who are new to working with stock dogs. New handlers may join the group and access available learning opportunities.
